Laboratory and chemical treatment Services

Correct chemistry is just one part of the equation for a quality partnership between a chemical supplier and producer or asset owner; deep expertise and quality local service are also needed to ensure the correct chemistry is working to meet your needs.

We offer a variety of laboratory testing services related to petroleum (oil & gas) corrosion monitoring and wastewater treatment. We have a staff of experienced technicians that can perform a variety of accurate services for your organization (we undertake are carried out by our own staff or to be done relying on certain sub-contractors for specific parts of the work and any sub-contractor we use must fulfil certain criteria).

Laboratory and Chemical treatment Services include

  • Review and evaluate all chemical process, including sampling and analysis for oil / gas production plant, water treatment and asset integrity chemicals.
  • Establish, review and evaluate chemical treatment programs for all applied chemicals in the field (chemical and corrosion management plans). 
  • Monitor and evaluate the system performance through Lab assistance (sampling and conducting a range of laboratory tests and samples analysis results.)
  • Data analysis for all results obtained related to chemical and microbiological analysis for water and the impact on the system (system deterioration & corrosion).
  • Carry out in-house training.
  • Provide support for lab team to Carry out the required calibration of laboratory testing equipment and maintain all laboratory equipment at optimum operational levels, stocking and reordering of all laboratory supplies and chemicals, ensuring the correct safety and handling of chemicals.
  • Scale management via produced water surveillance and organizing dissolver treatments
  • Qualifying new production chemicals if required.
  • Investigation for the failures that are being observed and recorded in different systems, locations and units performing failure analysis, identifying the damage mechanisms, Generating Root cause analysis (RCA) and LOPC incident investigations.
  • We provide and supply a bacterial growth media for the biological testing materials of the oil and gas industry
  • All of our media products are produced in accordance with N.A.C.E. (National Association of Corrosion Engineers) standard TM 0194 – for oil and gas system bacterial monitoring.
